Log wood medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is an unprocessed medium-density fiberboard whose surface has been sanded or polished. NAUF MDF stands for no-added urea-formaldehyde medium-density fiberboard. Urea-formaldehyde resin is a permanent adhesive. Alternative adhesive systems that meet NAUF standards include: phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF), polyvinyl acetate (PVA), and soy-based resin.
Formaldehyde-free MDF boards are made with MDI adhesives. Please feel free to contact us via email to find the MDF products you need.
